Not naked and afraid
But alive and thriving
A person living true

What was once a war zone
Of fat and thin
Of feminine and masculine
Has finally become home

Hiding away
Under my clothes
Under my mask
Waiting to be know as they

This body is my own
Free from gender
Free to be loved
